I'm still not 100% sure as her/his beak looks more purpleish than blue compared to my male one.

thank you for your reply.I bought it under the impression it was a girl as I already have a male but when her/his beak starting turning blue that's when I started doubting it but wasn't sure. I named it Lola lol I guess it's time to change his name

I have put your image the right waay up, I hope you don't mind. In my amateur opinion the name you have chosen is just fine for a female, which I think your budgie is.

This bird is not an adult yet; the bright blue cere will be still developing. I would be happy to call this one a boy as well.
