Today made a little breakthrough. I put my hand in cage this Morning they were not so sure Flying about everywhere. This evening I put hand in a little bit of fluttering but not as bad. Getting there in no rush at all. It will take as long as it takes.

Patience is the key. Do they have a favourite food that you can put on your hand or between your fingers?

Please, don't try too hard to touch them; budgies in general like to do the touching, not be touched. Take your cues from the birds - they will let you know what they like or will allow. If you want to be tactile, try interacting with their beaks with your finger(s).
