I'd say hen looking at the first photo, but there is a flash so it's hard to tell.
Do you have a clear photo with no flash? The second photo is too blurry.

It's a hen alright, of that I think so. There are more traits to a hen than just the colour of the cere to my observations. The position of the eyes tend to be lower down the face adn the head appears flatter than the male (sometimes). It really shows well in the first phot, even with the use of flash. I have also noticed that on a hen the cere tends to stand a little bit proud giving he appearance of a stronger bite. None of this has been proven and it would seem that I am the only one that sees these things, but then I am different in some ways.
