Just thought I'd say hi and introduce myself! So here are a few things about me (and my birdies of course!):
Let me start by introducing myself. My name is Sophie and I come from the 'island' which is a state called Tasmania, the little one at the bottom right of Australia. I've had my budgies for a few months now, I got my second one on the 21st of August (my birthday) and the first was a week or two earlier, but I'm not sure on the actual date. I recently got a cockatiel who is scared of the budgies, but still attempts to jump on their cage, though he flies back to his mumma when those mean blood thirsty budgies bite his toes! (even though he provokes them). And then the newest member of the flock I got on Friday, he's an adorable little boy I will also be getting another cockatiel on the 13th and then another little budgie on boxing day!
Now, let me introduce my budgies and their antics
My first baby is Sky, she's a gorgeous little girl! <3 (Though we originally thought she was a he and her bonded other was the she but ended up being a he called Juliet)

And this is them again! Sky being on the left as always upurs.us/view/73358 (I also apologise if the images are a bit bad, took them on my phone and uploaded them which is normally fine, but not working too good today)
Sky is a very lovable little girl, also very uncoordinated so you've gotta watch her. She was my first budgie I got, but has recently had scaly face so I've needed to treat both her and Juliet, ,my other budgie stays in a different cage in a different room so I thought it'd be fine to treat just those two. I clipped her wings when we first got her because she kept flying into walls and stuff and was way too hard to catch, they appear to have only grown back on the one side though so I'm a bit worried about her. We got her from a pet store and after looking around in pet stores with more experience I have started buying from breeders instead as most of the time budgies in pet stores get sick and the staff don't care for them very well. She also has a patch of feathers missing on one wing which I assume is from the scaly face and her plucking some of her feathers because of it, though she seems to be doing much better now (week 3 of treatment).

This is the second bubba I got, his (yes, his) name is Juliet.

We named him Juliet thinking he was female but is a DF Dominant Pied boy He is bonded with Sky, wherever she goes he follows. When I got him I made the mistake of not quarantining him and as a result he bonded with Sky way more than he bonded with me, he'll let me handle him sometimes, but only if Sky's with him. He's a very good biter and doesn't appear to be very fond of me, but he comes from the same pet shop and doesn't eat anything other than seed, so I can't even bribe him with food, he won't even eat millet spray. However, I still love him very much even if he doesn't love me quite as much. He has the option to come out of his cage every day but would rather just sit and preen Sky, though they do enjoy sitting on the cage door together or on top of their cage.

This is the most recent baby, I got him from a local breeder. His name is Chibi!

I only got him a few days ago so I don't know him very well, but I love him already! (My spacebar just temporarily died so I strl + V'd a whole heap of spaces but it seem to be working again and it may have been the whole time ....) But he's another little dom pied boy, but he's also got a bit of spangle I find him very cute! He already loves to be petted and enjoys attention, but his favourite thing to do is try and attack the cockatiel, so they don't get let out together. He has no tail feathers because when he was at the breeders house the neighbours cat attacked some of her birds, including poor little Chibi. But luckily there's no major damage. He's a few days over 9 weeks old
