Hi all, I normally feed groats dry, what's the procedure for soaked groats, how long to soak, etc..........

I feed them dry as I'm not always in to remove them once they're been out too long!!! I think you can just soak them for a few minutes if not much, of course an hour if its a huge amount!! Just remember to remove once finished with so that the budgies don't get a bad tummy!!!

soak overnight , rinse and serve , remove left overs daily

Thanks all, will give it a whirl, tonic seed,seed, my own egg food, grated carrot,chopped apple, small piece of millet and now soaked groats..........they live like lords........... ;D ]
