A little chicken update. Note Dusty back to normal naughty ways, standing on the chair:  All chooks 2 by on Flickr 6 Pieces of sweetcorn for 6 chickens! O.K. so only 5 got in the picture!!  Sweetcorn snack by on Flickr A few weeks back eating youghurt:  Yoghurt by on Flickr Dusty is a little like Bailey, whenever the camera comes out she's there! Unfortunately she moved at the wrong time. But you can see how well she has put on weight since her illness when she was under 5lbs and is now about 7lbs. Do they ever wander into the house Shirls 😀 They would if they could jellybean! I have a 'gate' that I put up across the conservatory door, a bit like a child gate!! They have wandered in once or twice when I have forgotten to put it up! I remember, recently Dusty wandered in, did a poo and I just caught sight of her going out again! She actually saw me coming and did aa runner!!! |

Awww what beautiful girlies! Dusty looks AMAZING considering what she went through bless her! So glad she is back to her normal self  Have the younger ones started showing their personalities yet? Mollie is gorgeous too  |

Mollie is very gorgeous samwiseg. She will be the first to lay I think because her wattles are fully grown and so red now. Mollie is greedy, Hettie, her sibling, is not the sharpest knife in the box. Aurelia (the lacewing) is bold and ventures off on her own a lot and also doesn't miss out if there are any treats going. She also likes to rummage and scratch about whereas the others are a bit on the lazy side. |
