Hello! I posted a thread on this before, but now I'm really confused. We have 3 parakeets, one with a blue/purple cere, one with a pink/brown crusty cere, and other with a white and blue cere. Are these boys or girls? The one with a blue/purple cere is for sire a boy we think, acts like one too. The Pink/brown and crusty cere one acts aggressive, and bites a lot. And hard. And the white/blue cere one is super docile, chirps happily alot, and also bobs his head a lot.

And I still say that the middle photo is not clear enough ... for me, anyway. The others - boy at the top, hen at the bottom, as mentioned before. These are the same photos as from your other thread??

Yes, same photos, I need to take another of the middle one, I will try to later. And, the last one and middle one have been chirping, singing, head bobbing, regurgitating, and copying everything. could one of them be a boy? or do they just do that?

Budgies can and will do whatever the hell they like - they have never read the rule book. Budgie hens can pair up as a couple, as can a pair of males (not that often, but it does happen), so their behaviour towards each other does not automatically mean that they are a heterosexual pair. One of my budgie boys has fed my male sun conureon occasion, so it is not even restricted to their own kind. One probably is a boy, but behaviour doesn't always mean a lot.
