Hi, this is my first post here. I have had my budgie for about 2 months now, he is young and shares a cage with a female budgie. I have noticed that since we got him he has some strange breathing noises that I am not sure if they are normal or not. When relaxed he sometimes makes clicking noises (seperate to beak grinding) as well as making quiet huffing noises. Sometime he has rapid breathing. He sneezes a lot and sometimes brings up seed. I have also just noticed some dry blood on the feathers above his cere. I’m not sure if any of these can be normal, just wanted to ask and see what some of you say. Thank you! *Video of my budgie making the noises as well as showing the feathers above the cere.

It's possible that he's stressed and breathing heavily. Can he fly? Does he get out of breath after flying?
Really he needs to see an avian vet, it could be an iodine deficiency or a respiratory infection, or even air sac mites.
How are his droppings?

All the things you mention may be something or may be nothing, but really only a vet visit can determine what's what. Sneezing a lot may be a respiratory infection or it may be dusty seed.
Looks like he has quite a few pin feathers happening on the top of his head. The blood is most likely from him having knocked one of these.
Bringing up seed may be the natural act of regurgitation or is he vomiting? Does this happen in an orderly fashion, as in feeding a mate or is it rather more violent, does he fling it about, does it end up all over him?
