well i have just got my new cage from zooplus and the excitement didn't last.As when I opened the box, without taking it out.I noticed that the tray has a large hole in it!!! Just phoned the help line...told I can have my money back or a replacement. Told to throw out the broken one!!! So I've ordered a new one, lets hope it doesn't have a hole!!!!

Two cages for one. Just DIY fix the hole. You have another cage for spare then. Silver lining and all that.

That is not good, though, Gaile. Didn't Rachael's have a dodgy corner?

Yes my had the problem with the corner on it and there wasn't any damage to the box it came in either. I personally think that zooplus needs to remove these cages from their site. They would be great cages if it wasn't for all the problems and if they were made a bit sturdier.

Broken in factory. Stuffed in box. As I said, no quality control.
Tell the retailer.

So I'll be needing all the help and advice I can get and read!!!! I am using a similar cage for breeding and so is Barrie. Never had any issues with it. Here I can buy a new one from local cage seller for 8 UK Pounds, who imports directly from China.
