#1 Recessive pied, possibly cobalt, but may have a mauve factor.
#2 I think cobalt greywing.

For the 2nd one first I guessed it as an Opaline coz of the 'V' factor at the neck portion and also because her mother is an Albino and father is an Opaline too and also one of my friend told me that it might be a Dilute one too.... Also regarding this am having a small doubt. In this picture its clearly visible that its a Spangle but the picture is 4-5 months older. Now he developed very small tinge of his sky blue body color on the edges of few wing feathers that also in the upper region close to the neck. I somewhere read that if body color is visible on wing feathers for a Spangle then its a Spangle Opaline. Can anyone help me on this??

That doesn't look like opaline to me; looks to be straight sky blue spangle.

Then most likely a double factor spangle ... I think!

But there's no iris in his eyes yet as he is 9 months old and the cere is also completely pink which i think wont change its color anymore. DARK EYED CLEAR can be a possibility?
