Color mutation and thoughts on gender

Could someone please give me your best guess on my birds color mutation and gender? My bird is about 3 or 4 months old. Breeder wasn’t sure of hatch date. I have my thoughts, just wondering if I’m right.

. i do have a name but it would give away what I believe it is. I’m anxiously awaiting the response from the experts also.

It's a sky blue bird and I think it could be a boy....
I've only ever have females from young at that stage and the cere looks like a different colour from what I've seen

Welcome to the site CrazyBirdLady and Niko. I was thinking boy also. When the experts say "boy" I guess I'm getting better at this.
