Trying to upload some photos. Not having any luck; someone else had the same problem a day or two ago ... It can be a bit glitchy. I have also noticed that it doesn't much like photos that are bigger than 1mb in size.

This is a view of my garden yesterday. Jess says hello. She is such a lovely bunny that I don't mind the absence of plants. I do have some plants growing in tubs. The lilac bush has lots of buds on it. I really liked your random stuff photos, Marianne Marlow, and all the other photos are great too. Hezz I love your cockatoo story. Funny birds

Hello, Jess. She is a pretty bunny, criswell. Glad you enjoyed my cockatoo antics. He is a cheeky fellow; now how do I explain that I moved the brick to keep the seed out of the water? We are getting frequent showers and the feeder is on a slight slope, so the water pools on one side.

I think that's going to be a tough one to explain Hezz I will pass on your compliment to Jess when I let her out in the morning. She is such a sweetie these day. It's amazing how much she changed after her sister died. I wouldn't normally suggest anyone has a single bunny but she's been so happy on her own and queen of the garden.

Your flowers look lovely tweetiepiesmom and it's great that you were able to buy them while keeping your distance. It looks lovely and sunny there. We've had some nice sunny days here but it was a grey day today. Hopefully that will have kept more people inside. I need to get some food growing for my boys too and will definitely give the millet a try. I'll sow some basil seeds too. I've got a few shop bought basil plants but they are looking a bit sparse.

Finally, after many tries and losing my content a number of times ... Out my back door ... A Torres Strait pigeon feeding on the palm seeds. Squeaky and Sneaky. Also out my back door, to the back yard.

You live in an amazing place Hezz. Must be wonderful to have wild "pet" cockatiels. Love the pictures.

This are pictures I took while out for my run. One is stood in front of the church and the other one is in front of the local water tower. The final one is of some alpacas in a field, but they were a bit too far away to see. It was very cold out this morning, hence the hat but it also covers up my ever growing hair!!

More lovely photos. I can't imagine having cockatoos living in my back garden. I've never seen a field of alpacas either. I finally got a picture of the gold finches in my garden. They've been away over the winter but came back a few weeks ago. Some goldfinches go to France, Spain and Belgium over the winter but others overwinter here in the UK. Maybe mine have just been to another garden rather than abroad. It's nice to have them back.

wonderful criswell, what is in the feeder? I have bird feeders in my garden but I have to fend off squirrels otherwise they eat all the bird food.

I would love to feed the birds but we get rats feeding off the ground. So I have had to stop Apparently someone in the streets near us are feeding the rats. How stupid is that. We do get birds to have a bath in the waterfall on the pond which is lovely, Jenny Wren is always popping about

Goldfinches only seem to eat niger seeds helenmat, those little black ones! I think that's what is in Criswell's feeder. I have a feeder with them in but only get goldfinches very occasionally.

Took this photo this morning. Some quite colourful buildings inbetween all the metal. I've no idea what they are!

That's a great photo Marianne. helenmat Shirls is right, it is niger seeds in the feeder. You need to get a niger seed feeder as the seeds are so tiny they fall out of regular feeders. The Goldfinches love them but they do eat from the sunflower seed feeders too. It's really nice to have them back again. I saw a blue tit today.
