Took this photo this morning. Some quite colourful buildings inbetween all the metal. I've no idea what they are! I lived in Clapham North for 10 years, and at times I do miss London. Obviously not at the moment! It always bugs me that when I lived there I didn't visit any tourist spots apart from the museums. Now I really wish I'd been to the Tower of London and Temple Church. When this is all over I'll be heading there

Finally, after many tries and losing my content a number of times ... Out my back door ... A Torres Strait pigeon feeding on the palm seeds. Squeaky and Sneaky. Also out my back door, to the back yard. Beautiful garden Hezz and impressive wildlife. We have quite a population of feral ring-necked parakeets here in the UK. I'm a lawn bowler, and in the evenings they fly over our bowling green in flocks. Quite a sight to see.

I am just LOVING all of the pictures, I look forward to seeing what people post as it really does make my day to see all the wonderful places in which we live. Brings us all together x Hezz watched a video on Youtube yesterday with someone in Australia who feeds their birds and they had Cockee's, and all sorts of birds arrive. It was delightful, they had 2 children and they were just landing all over them! Here it is if you would like to see Awww Jess is so beautiful criswell! I used to keep rabbits when I was younger Loving the goldfinches too! They are beautiful are they not? We get a load of birds here now due to 3 feeding stations we have put up strategically round the garden but my OH wants to get a Niger Feeder too (where we will put it I have no idea) but am sure he'll come up with somewhere! Am finding your photos AMAZING Marianne Marlow as I love city scape pictures. I always find it fascinating on how man can build such things that remain that upright?!!!

Here's another picture of Jess. She loves having the birds in the garden because she gets a few sunflower seeds and sultanas dropped on the ground for her. I have seen her eat meal worms too which isn't ideal but she seems to like them. The birds don't drop many of those though.

Beautiful photos skysmum. It's lovely to see the bees. There was a giant bee in my garden yesterday but there isn't anything for bees to eat unfortunately. The starlings have been busy collecting hay for their nests today.

Birds are carrying on regardless to weather changes building their nests. For the first time this year I had a great tit in the garden looking for nesting material. Soon they will be looking for (chicken) feathers to line them with. Fortunately for me the chooks aren't moulting yet (no egg supply when they moult!!). They have only just started laying too. Love your Pierris skysmum. I used to have one of those, didn't realise they were fragrant. They do seem to grow better in some soils better than others. I think I ought to get another one as they seem to grow well round where I live, have seen them in other peoples gardens.

Stunning Hezz. They look so healthy. Are they IN your garden? Yes, Shirl, they are. I had to add photos from the phone then go back to computer to add text ... I can't see a bleedy thing on my little phone, on desktop mode. I was adding text while you were looking at them.
