A couple of people on here have ordered this cage and it arrived damaged. On the face of it, it does look like a good cage.

£19.90 on that website. I've saw it on eBay too. For that price I might just take the chance x

I bought this cage late last year from zooplus and i was not happy with it at all. The cage itself is flimsy, it comes flatpacked and when put up it is only held together with bendy bits of metal. The cage I got had a big bent gap in one corner, so big the budgie I bought it for could have fit her entire body through. So my advice to you is yes that is a cheap cage but it is cheap for a reason, it is rubbish quality. It would be okay as a breeding cage but not for a budgie or budgies to live in full time. What is your budget for buying a cage? What space do you have to fit a cage into? How many budgies are you thinking of putting into it? I'm sure we can find you a better cage

I'm having second thoughts now about it lol. It's only for 1 budgie maybe 2 in the future but I want flying space. I'm wanting branch perches and toys inside. Budget wise I'm pretty open around £70 more if cage is perfect. I'm hoping to go to the Newark bird show tomorrow so I'll have a look there too.
Thanks x

I saw that but it's not the sort I'm after. Maybe a little too big. I want one to go on top of my sideboard in the living room x

That cage is great. I'd buy it, if I lived in the UK that is.

The cage size and shape is perfect for two budgies. Just check if you can get a similar with better quality from somewhere else. I use a similar one in white color.

Ah that is Spickys' cage, I have one the same but in a pale grey and I have six budgies living in it but they are out a lot too. I think that would be too big for you as you want it to go on top of a cabinet. I am racking my brains to come up with a cage lol, try www.preloved.co.uk If you see one and it is a new advert then message me on here and I will get you the contact number as I have a paid membership. Also try ebay for ones in your area, there might be some bargains out there. I would say the minimum size you are looking for is 18" x 18" x 30" but that is the absolute minimum, the biggest you can get is obviously best
