Where do bourkes come from? They are yet another Australian export, Stace. Oh really. I'v never seen them here. Although Bourke is a very Australian name.

(from Google) "Bourkes Parakeets are native to Southwestern and Central Australia. The Bourkes parakeet was named after Sir Richard Bourke – governor of New South Wales from 1831-1837. The habitat the Bourkes parrot is found in is mulga and other acacia scrubs, native cypress, and other open eucalypt woodlands." ....& I LOVE THEM
