It's great, as BB says, but be aware that just because it is very good for them, my little beggars will have an exploratory nibble - it is green therefore must be good - and turn up their beaks at it. Hopefully Elfie will be a sensible budgie and eat it, because you will show him how good it is..........nom, nom, nom.

You need to pretend (or not you are eating what it is you want Elfie to eat. He sees you eating and thinks, what's she got, I want some and before you know it he will be trying to steal things from your plate. Maybe that's why my guys won't eat their sprouts.......... I sort of don't fancy budgie sprouts..........
