I wouldn't say your bird looked unhealthy but is just going through a molt.
Usually a month of quarantine is recommended incase new birds have any infections that are not shown straight away. You could check with the previous owner about any possible disease.
Maybe keep the birds socially distanced in seperate cages and let them see each other.
The birds poop has a bit of urine in it not too much. This could be due to extra water being consumed. Keep an eye on it for now incase it gets worse.
Hopefully the introduction goes well

Moults take as long as they take; there are no hard and fast rules or time frames. If your ambient temperature has changed this can also set off a bird moulting. If the bird has FM, if she is reacting to the other bird in the house which any usually do, and getting "overly excited" (very common) it might be keeping her moult extended. The poops look fine to me, and nothing you have described sounds weird. To help her through a moult, add a finger drawer of eggfood to her cage, near her seed pot to add some extra protein to her diet.

Thank you Hezz and hitman for your reply. but, I don't know if you have noticed, her poop (the feces part) is a bit whitish. If you enlarge the picture you will see better. Her behavior changed very suddenly, within 3 days
These are where my main concerns are
UPDATE!
I noticed her trying to vomit.
And the new budgie now has seed fragments in his poo and he is always eating and grinding his food. He hasn't gained any weight.
What kind of disease is it that can be passed on so quickly ?

The poops look to have a bit more urates than you might normally expect but that in itself is not or huge concern ... to me, anyway. Stress, and moulting, can change poops.
If the birds haven't been in contact with each other, in other words if your quarantine has been by the book, there will not have been any crossover of anything nasty.
The new bird will be stressed as well - totally new environment - so not so unusual to find changes there, either. If you really are of the opinion that there is something odd going on, then I think the only way you will relax yourself is to have the birds examined by a vet.

I could not take her to the vet as I had alot personal issues, one being that I lost my job. Life is seriously hard right now.
She has started squeaking, her feathers are not looking great and she is puffing up here and there. It has been a week now.
I originally thaught it was iodine defecincy so I bought her iodine drops and it has been a week with no improvement.
Now I think it could be air sack mites or another type of respiratory infection as the new male budgie that i brought recently used to share half of his cage with canaries. Bella started squeaking the next day when she flew to his cage when I wasnt looking. The male budgie urine has been green every since I brought him and he is also not that vocal.
I called the C.j.hall vet and I have an appointment tomorrow and guest what the cost of just to see the bird is: £150 for consultation compared to £60 before. Their reason was because of lock down!
This year has been amazing so far from losing my budgie coco. I had a three year long battle with her to treat her liver issue. And lost her at the end. I will not lose Bella.
Bella is too small and really fragile. I am worried whether she will make it to the vet or come back from the vet alive.
