I would say female because of the white round the nares, but that could be the flash? Will let the more experienced tell you.

If it is more pinky-blue than the photo suggests, as you have said, and there is no white rings around the nares, it’s a boy.

From the photos I would guess hen perhaps, except I can’t tell if the paler rings around the nares (nostrils) are actually white or just a paler pink color in reality. If they are white then it’s a hen. If they are paler pink then cock. I just wanted to note the chipped paint on your cage. Rust can develop there which is very toxic to budgies - ingesting it can cause heavy metal iron poisoning, You may want to consider replacing the cage or figuring out how to have it powder coated. It could also be painted with a low-VOC non-chip paint, and then properly dried and off-gassed before re-using, but I would better recommend the powder-coating. You can have it done professionally which would be expensive, or buy a can at an auto shop for around $20 - but then the whole painted metal part of the cage needs to be baked in a kiln so perhaps not very feasible. Just some ideas for you. A new cage would be easiest and safest if not the least expensive.
