I would say light green opaline single factor(?) spangle.
If her brother is blue then either one parent was blue and the other split for blue or both were split for blue. If they were split for blue then the only way to know for sure would be to breed her. If one was blue then she'd be split for blue for sure.
She's gorgeous. Looks a bit like Hezz's Mango.

I also believe there's a dilution agent at play, @sillycat84. Greywing. And given how much yellow there is in the green, I'd add yellowface type 2 as well. She may well be light green but I'm guessing it's dark green diluted by 50% via greywing.
So my call is SF Yellowface Type 2, Opaline, Dark Green, Greywing, SF Spangle.
Definitely not clearflight pied. And as Ira states, whether or not she's split to blue can only be determined if she were to be bred.

I didn’t know sometimes its possible to see yellowface from green budgie!!! If i want to get a rainbow budgie, she might provide rainbow chicks with correct father!!! Spoiler alert: I am going to ask 3 chicks in one of the picture when they are old enough

I thought I had replied to this thread. I did wonder about greywing rather than clearflight pied. And definitely would have added spangle to the mix. Thought there might have been yellow face but not sure enough of those to comment.
