Hello there, I was given a chance to adopt 2 beautiful Baby Budgies, and they have been with me for about 2 months now but ... I am not sure about their exact age sex or even type! my older 2 are both male and totally different from the babies. this one is pavi he/she is super calm but with problem with the feet , can't stand up right this one on the other hand is Suri and very noisy and active one

From those photos, to me, both appear to be female. Foot problems may be helped by replacing those plastic perches with natural wood ones of varying thickness from safe trees. Suri appears to be a single factor dominant pied. I can't tell if Pave's wings are white or the blue of their body colour. As for the exact shade, I'm going to leave that up to the more experienced members. yellowfacedviolet is good with blue-series birds.

Definitely look like hens to me. I'll leave the mutations to someone with more experience!

I don't know how their color changes and I am not unfamiliar of how to deal with them

First bird is definitely a hen - the opaline. The dominant pied probably is as well, but there is something there that makes me hesitate. Could we have another photo of the pied’s face in natural light, please?

I'm concerned about the foot problem that you report and encourage you to take @sillycat84's advice to get rid of those plastic perches. If she has bumblefoot, often caused by inferior perches, she'll need to see an avian vet for treatment.

I would guess two hens. Please get rid of those perches. Do your budgies have any toys? They probably do, I just don’t see any in the pictures. Beautiful budgies you have there 👍🏻

Beautiful budgies you have there 👍🏻 Unfortunately where I live we don't have natural ones, so we do rotate between types and shapes of perches , I do make them toys and handmade cotton threads bracelets that they love to play with also I made their swings. we have made them a little ladder they use to climb and jump around, also couple of bells and wooden toys to enjoy the sounds . because I have 2 older birds we are planning on getting bigger house for them to include more toys and robs.

In this photo they both look to be hens. Pavi, I don’t have doubts about. There is still something about Suri that makes me hesitate. Can you describe Suri’s cere? Are there definite white rings around the nostrils as there are with Pavi? I’m probably seeing something that isn’t there!

Suri's Whiteness is getting more pronounced as days passes by, and I am kinda getting more positive about it because my elder 2 male budgies are getting crazier wanting to jump into the babies one, but currently keeping them separated because both Suri and Pavi are still didn't have their first Molting yet

That settles it, then. Hen for Suri from me as well.
Wherever you live, there must be trees around that are safe for birds (check online for bird safe trees and plant - there are plenty of sites to choose from). surely you can get some branches from these, or know someone who has the right sort of trees? Natural tree branches are the best thing for your budgies’ feet.

Natural tree branches are the best thing for your budgies’ feet. Failing that, there are also natural wood branch perches you can buy on line that come complete with fastening hardware already installed. They are available on numerous sites including amazon.com.
What are you doing about Pavi's bad foot?
