Gorgeous boys! If we all get practising now, imagine how amazing next year’s calendar will be.

Those two!!! Yesterday I gave them their afternoon meal of cooked grains with chopped veggies. They jumped right on the dish as usual to chow down. Just a few minutes later I heard both yelling out to me so I walked over to see what was going on. Both jumped on me, one on my shoulder, the other on my back just below my neck. Their food dish was empty except for a couple pieces of veggies. They had eaten some of the food but most of it was on the table and floor. I lectured them about not wasting their food and told them that they wouldn't still be hungry if they didn't throw their food on the floor. Have you ever had a budgie on your shoulder screaming at you? Yeow!!! I gave them more sprouts and they happily jumped off me to eat.

We started the New Year on a good note - sort of! I've been careful to pay as much attention to Tweetie Pie as I give to Buddy and give them both equal treats. TP doesn't shove Buddy off my arm any more. When I have Buddy on my arm, I call out to TP nd tell him he can come too. Sometimes he'll join Buddy. They like sitting on my shoulder. They were both on me for a bit and then TP flew off. Buddy stayed. Was Buddy hungry and thought he'd eat me? Was he trying to preen me? Hope he's not getting ready to go through a biting stage!

Buddy loves my glasses too!!! He hops on my finger and stretches up until I move him up so he can chew and beak my glasses.

I think he was trying to preen you, but that can hurt as we don't have feathers!
Blithe did this to my hands!

All those pesky skin tags, freckles, moles etc must be at least attempted to be removed. They expect their hoomans to keep themselves as pristine as they do themselves.
