I recently gotten my budgies 2 weeks ago and just recently my blue male budgie(ocean) started to lose some small feathers and I can see there is some feathers missing from above his cere...idk his age  |

You can see the new pin feathers above the cere and around the eyes. Going by that photo, though, I’d say your Ocean is a hen. Have you got a better photo?
