Our female budgie likes to sit near the window and call for a male budgie. It feels like she is calling. Its the same high chirping over and over each day for some time.
We do interact with her alot and play with her and she has plenty of toys and budgie stuff. My mother finds it a bit heartbroken on our budgies behalf. But we have no interrest in breeding budgies or have more. Also its a small apartment we live in.
What can we do to make our budgie understand that no male will come to her thru the window or outside I guess this is normal for female budgies ?

Male or female, a budgie will always want the company of others of its kind.
All you can do is fulfill the social interaction requirement that budgies have, as best you can. There's no substitute for another budgie but maybe you can keep your girl happy enough and healthy, with toys, games and a huge daily dollop of love. They'll always pine for other budgies though.

Snap, Gin rummy, twister? I'm sure you already give her lots of attention, but she'll always call out to birds she sees out of the window. Or maybe she's just alerting you to their presence.

I’ve had single budgies. As long as the interaction is there, then also depending on their personalities, they can be fine as a single budgie. Bailey thought he was human and was fine. Max I played with, I’d roll a cat ball and he’d push it back. I had to rehome him but I could see he’d like other budgies.

I have two male budgies. One of them, Buddy, is very vocal. He doesn't talk but he sings and chirps all the time. He'll do that loud single chirp over and over. Most of the time I think its just to get my attention. Sometimes he'll come, sit on my shoulder and call. He just wants my attention or a treat. Your little girl may not be pining for another budgie. She may just be responding to the birds outside or want your attention and company. When she yells, do you go to her? Then she knows that's how to get your attention.
Also, just because you have a male and female doesn't mean they'll breed.

Yes i stick my whole face near her playground and talk to her like we play together She likes that haha When she find a new place to sit or discover something that is new to her, then she makes this wierd chirp like Peeip...Peeip Its exactly the same chirp each time that happens. If only we could translate it

It is not only a hen who calls and not only a single budgie. My loudest has a cage mate and a room to share with him but still wants to know what the others are up to and calls out for periods of time each and every day.
Provide her with lots of things to (legitimately) chew on; hens’ favourite occupation is chewing, and encourage her to forage for her food rather than be served up on a plate/bowl. Anything you can think of that keeps her mind and body active is good for her physical and mental health.

My hen is quite chatty, but recently she's gone into condition and she has a particular single tone call that she'll do repeatedly since that happened. My 3 boys aren't the least bit interested in her. Hezz is right about the shredding.

We've got 9 budgies now and if the outside door is open (when they're in their cage) they start calling loudly to birds outside. If the door is closed, and they're loose then they like to sit on the windowsill and call to the birds. I don't think it means she's lonely.
I have one whose favourite place in the cage is right by one of the exit doors looking out. She's probably there about half the time they're in the cage. She (to my eyes) looks really sad as though she's wanting freedom. But she's often the last to come out when I open the door, and will often be still standing there watching with the door open.

What is your girl's name? She clearly sees you as a flockmate. Beak-booping is special time

Her name is PipHans, but its actualy a male birds name that means something like "Hans the bird" So we call her Bird-Hans cuz its a classic bird name here in Denmark and we allways had male budgies when i was a kid. So that reminds me of them We tryed to call her Bimse once, but most of the times we called her that then she would bite our nose.. Maybe she dosent like the sound of that name in her ears. But calling her piphans seems to let me being her flock mate She also comes to me when i reach my hand out for a landing spot. Last week i noticed she will come to me if i clap my hands. I was trying to kill a insect with my hands claping it to death in the air Then suddenly she came and landet on my hand. Then i tryed to put her on the cage and clap in the other end of the room and then she came to me again She is a very speciel one of a kind budgie Sometimes she preens my eyebrows for few minutes or she rubs her face against my chin where my beard seems to grow best haha. We had some problems to make her eat healthy veggies. But if we mince it with a grater and serve it in her cage, then she will eat it. So we grate carrots and broccoli and cut some kale in tiny budgie bites. This mix seems to go well for her

Bird-Hans is very looked after and very loved. I'm guessing that your profile avatar is a picture of your girl. Nevertheless, we need more pictures of her She sounds like a very lovely budgie.
