Has anyone got some wooden steps to use in a cage ? I want to get some that screw to the side of the cage and then lead down to the cage floor. I have a Vision cage and there is a space of approx 8 inches between the last bar of the cage and the bottom so the whole thing would need to be c8 1/2 to 9 inches long.
The boys are actually using a ladder to get to the bottom of the cage but I thought steps would be rather swish for them to use ! I have found some on Ebay but it seems you have to assemble them and some reviews say it is quite hard to do.
My other thought was would the Natural Bird Company make one for me, I have just ordered a new swing for the boys from them but wanted to ask you lovely knowledgable people if they do make one off things.
Ta muchly in advance.

I’d stick with the ladder; budgies don’t understand fancy. Especially if they are already using the ladder.

Thanks Jellybean and Hezz. I had an image in my head of the boys dressed in tuxedo.s, wearing top hats and flourishing a cigarette in a holder poseing on steps. I am, of course, joking as I can't think of anything worse than dressing them up but that is just me. They made their way down the ladder for seed this morning and I have now removed the extra water bowlw I had attached to the side of the cage so they now have to go down to get a drink too.
