So I know stainless steel is the ideal thing to use except its not obtainable from anywhere. No place has it and I can't get aviary panels either and I'm getting a bit cheesed not being able to finish my aviary without any mesh so I've got no option to go with galvanized leaded mesh its all I can get. OK rant over
Would any of these be suitable for budgies I'm terrible with working out the spacing measurements in between the wire unless I saw it in person to know.

I can't remember, what country are you in? If UK, I have a supplier I used for stainless steel. I wouldn't use anything but s/s speaking for myself.

In answer to your question, no, neither mesh is suitable, size-wise, for budgies. The largest sized wire you should use is 15mmx15mm squares.
Galvanised wire is what most aviaries are made with, you just have to give them a vinegar scrub over before using and then about every six months. It is the zinc powder that forms on the wire with time that is the problem, not lead.
