Welcome! We'd love to hear more about your two budgies and see more pics! How long have you had them and what are their favorite things to eat and play with? Do they talk?

Welcome! Those are two very handsome budgies.
A word of warning though - that rope toy I can see on the right, I gave something that looks to be similar to that to my Charlie when I first had him. He would nibble away at the ends and eventually untangle them further and further up the rope. Then one day he managed to get the untangled bits caught around his neck and nearly hung himself... luckily I was home but I had to get the scissors to cut him free. I've seen others talk of similar things happening so my advice would be to not give them any toys with ropes that they can untangle on them.

I strongly second this warning. My Squeak had a narrow escape due to rope tassels. The toy selection looks lovely otherwise, a very stimulating environment for the buds. Welcome! Hi, welcome to you and your two beautiful budgies. That is great advice from magpie. You could always tie a cable tie tight at the end of the rope to save them unravelling. If you don't mind me asking, what do you have in the bottom of the cage? If it is sheets of sandpaper, I'd bin them. Newspaper is good and kinder to their little feet if they at any time forage on the bottom of the cage It is much easier to change too when soiled.

Hi and welcome to you and your beautiful buds……I agree with the others about the rope and the sand sheet. Also unless you intend to breed take the coconut out. And wooden perches would help too….. They are beautiful colours , we would love to see lots more pictures. ……..also we are never trying to criticise, just help….,,,,,,Do they have names, I think you have a boy and girl…am I right?

Yes, it does take time when things are ordered. Meanwhile, enjoy your 2 new friends. If you have any questions, this is a great group to ask.

Thank you, I have the new pellets they are leFabers (sp) pellets, fruity. i bought the smallest size and they seem to like it. I believe it is the canary blend. I have 80% pellets to 20% seed. I added enrichments to the seed. I have a Ninja foodie with a dehydrator. I keep a small flock of chickens and I dehydrated eggs. Also some fruit cocktail I have 2 Aerogardens. I think I will fare well. @tweetiepiemom
