Hi, my 2 female budgies will only eat seeds and millet, the only 'fresh foods' they will eat are spinach and hard boiled egg,I have tried them with lots of other fruit and vegetables but they won't touch them, is the diet I give them sufficient they do also nibble on iodine blocks and cuttle bone

Hi and Welcome!
Have you tried sweet corn? Many budgies love corn. Also herbs like basil, mint, rosemary, thyme?
The current diet looks ok to me but an expert will be along with more advice.
Additives like avipro, zolcal and the like ensure that vitamins are in good supply, if you don't feel the diet is varied enough.

In short, no, there is not enough variety there. Since you have had some success with spinach, try using this as a way to integrate other fresh foods. You may need to experiment with how you serve it up. Some like chunks on a skewer, others like small pieces of everything mixed in together and this might be the best way to trick them into trying new things. Also sprinkling some seed over the chop can help in getting their interest in the first place.
If you live anywhere where you can access fresh seeding grasses (field, meadow, paddock) that isn’t subject to herbicides or pesticides, by all means pick some, wash in cold water and bundle them up into a bunch in the cage. This is their natural native diet and the very best thing you can do for them and normally most people have no bother getting them to eat it. The alternative to that is sprouting seeds, either those for human consumption or their own, or planting out some of theirs for their future enjoyment. The more variety in their diet, the healthier they will be.
