Just for fun I'm going to say. I think that's a handsome boy. The shape of the head feathers looks male to me and the cere colour isn't entirely conclusive, but suggests male. There are better gender predictors here though so I'd wait for one of them!
Welcome to the forum. How many buds do you have and how long have you looked after them?

Looks like a hen to me. loz Shape of the head feathers? An imprecise term on my part. Seems to me that a bit of a "crown" is forming on the top of the head, like the ones my boys produce when they are displaying to each other or to Squeak. You know what I mean, when their head feathers start to stick up to make their foreheads look larger. I never see anything like that from Squeak. Also, the absence of any trace of white rings around the nares. The pinkish tint seems hennish but we don't know what colour shift has occurred in the lighting or the way the camera picked up the shades. The pink could possibly be lilac or lavender? I'm not arguing. I'm just offering my thought process for criticism as I am just not good at the prediction game ( as well you know!)

Personally, I think Yumi’s cere is more lavender / lilac colour. Don’t think the camera picks this up very well. Can’t see any white marking and haven’t heard anything about the crown feathers before

At 13 weeks some budgies still have an ambiguous cere. As was the case with my Eeyore. At four months I feel certain you'll know for sure - but there's always the one-in-a-thousand budgie whose cere will give you false (or no) clues throughout their life!
I'd trust the other members opinions before mine but I'm sticking with the boy prediction for now!

I think that's just show genes? This little one though, I'd not have a clue on gender! But id have guessed male as well based on not seeing white rings. However my 'sexing budgies' ability is up their with the usefulness of a chocolate fireguard so I'd go with Marianne and Ladybird!

Lol - I'm throwing in with the other 'no good at guessing' people and say boy! However, I've noticed the more knowledgeable people are rarely wrong, so you most likely have a little girl.

I'm saying hen. The cere is more beige/white than pink/purple/blue..
