Take your budgie to work day.. and a new cage!

Hey all! 

Hope you and your birds are well..

I work in a children's home. Usually someone goes to sit with Bo when I'm away 
Because the shifts are long..

Today though no one was available, me and Bo are now bonded so . I took him with me 

He was a little quiet at first but eating and drinking and playing, as soon as the kids got in from school

He was his usual self. Gave the kids a talk on how to behave and then we let him out for an hour.

It was amazing, he was amazing so interactive! He's going to be coming with me all the time now. 

Also I've been saving up and his new cage arrived this morning.. so I've built it and can't wait to fill it with his

Toys etc tomorrow and move him in.

Added a picture to show the sheer size difference. I'm so happy and hope he will be too!

Thats a huge cage for ur bird Like a castle !
If our budgie had this cage then she would only use the top of it.
Since she dosent like to sit on the perches in the lower part of the cage and she never spend time in the
floor of the cage like the other budgies we had when i was teenager

Also i once had one of these " scooters" or what you call em
Now they are illegal in Denmark and if they where legal then you had to wear a helm and a yellow coat and wear a bell among other safety things
So i sold it !
