Babybird use to say kissing sounds in the mornings and thru the days, But now she says fart sounds XD
Now i need to learn her some new sounds:D

The budgies are all in bed now. A few of them needed persuading. Whistle & Perry Rhodan needed a LOT of persuasion and I don't think they are the happiest of chappies right now.
Chocobo & Coco* are on their bookcase, Quincy is on my lap.
*Coco now on the standard lamp, I think Chocobo asked her to leave.

I think apart from all the fun we have with Hedwig during the daytime and evening, Persuading him its bedtime is a task in itself 😂 Once he finally admits defeat and peacefully enters his cage..after many attempts, lately i have just sat here and enjoyed listening to him chat away while he is covered up then silence…tonight the silence came, i thought i would catch up on coldplays performance at glastonbury tv on as low as possible as soon as the music starts Hedwig is piping up like he is singing along seems to be choosing his song preference though lol, i think i need to show him it on the tv tomorrow as he absolutely loves playing and seeing things with many different colours, he has claimed one of Harpers fidget toys that you push in..

Budgies all tucked up in bed. It was less of a struggle tonight, I wonder whether they are learning it's less hassle for everyone to hop into the cage.
I had trouble shutting one of the side doors. Mr Hibs was right there and trying to bite my fingers. He's so funny at bedtime, he strikes out and tries to bite me if I get too close - but only ever at bedtime. I was cracked up laughing.

Earlier I hung the first hanging rope perch in the bird room. So far, nobody has wanted to go near it.

I was attempting to coax Coco to land on or near me using some millet. In my other hand, I was keeping Quincy busy on my shoulder with more millet.
Coco had three near attempts on landing on me, very near. She couldn't quite do it. Unfortunately, three attempts are sufficient to draw the attention of Chocobo and worse, the Millet Mafia (Gurgeh & Loric).
So that was the end of Coco's brief training session. Gurgeh & Loric (and then Mr Hibs) were delighted with the free millet, though. It's amazing how tame Loric suddenly is when there's millet.
