Hi everyone,
I've seen a few toys with cardboard pieces and haven't bought any as I'm wondering if cardboard is OK for them?
It's not the thin cardboard type..it's cardboard from a box with the double layer. Thoughts?

I have never been a big fan of the paper/cardboard toys. I know the birds love to shred them, but I would be worried that they may swallow some and cause some obstruction. I am able to get hold of plenty of bark for my guys, so I don't need to use toys like that. I make my own.

Thanks for your answer. I worried about them swallowing it too. I won't buy them

Just to add that some people use Cardboard boxes as nests. This can be disastrous.
