This is rocky My son named him/her. These was taken today 14 days after we got him. I think he is young because he/she still got the black lines on their head. So not sure how old. Hopefully a boy but a girl would be fine maybe have to change the name lol. But in the first picture they are like are you for real trying to take me picture?

I was hoping it was a male to avoid the egg binding my dads sparky went through.

Poor Sparky Egg-binding is thankfully rare. However, I cover my bets with my hens and give them a calcium supplement once per week - Zalcol F. Plus I avoid giving them access to anything they might think would be a good nest, so that the procreation thoughts stay far away.

I’m with Marianne Marlow. The photos seem to have been taken with artificial light, so I’d like another look in natural light.
