My boys poop on the walls and ceiling too. The other day I said 'Who pooped on the floor where they knew I would stand on it?' It was right in front of the cage just before cage cleaning time.

I remember not being able to find Dumpling one day and calling out for him, only to find he was in front me me all along sitting still. “Piper, I can’t find you; please move.” (A mostly-white budgie lost in the background of white (or should I say mostly-white, due to said poop) walls. I can relate. I walk around in bare feet at home and am constantly stepping on large droppings that are dropped from a great height. If I wore shoes, I guess I would not notice, at least my feet are easier to clean! My boys poop on the walls and ceiling too. Let's give the nice lady a wide berth And to the wild birds and animals that I cross out on my morning walks. at least I don’t have a city full of people looking at me weirdly, or at least not most of the time! When I’m picking grass, that’s when I tend to zone out from hoomans and get caught out talking to a tree. It’s not the tree I talk to so much as the birds in the tree but somehow I don’t think that explanation would make me seem any saner in most people’s eyes. |
