BB just for you, my spine was damaged in a riding accident years ago and is now crumbling my nerves keep getting trapped in the gaps hence forth a lot of pain in back ,legs at all times and depending on what nerves are effected anywhere it likes. Ive had several root blocks over the past 6years but now they try to close gaps with cement (like filling a crack in the wall with filler). This has now caused problems with the pelvis but hay just a few more pain killers to take daily lol. I have been told that they could fuse the spine and pelvis but this would end up with even less movement so while i can i will still work, rest and play live every day as it comes there is always tomorrow to look forward to. I suppose I'm lucky i don't let things get me down and i have a high pain threshold always look on the bright side ha ha.

Thank you so much It sad that you are suffering since so long. In case of low back pain, it should be Lumbar Spine. Which level is this? Like L3/L4 or L4/L5. Did you ever had Discectomy or Laminectomy?
