This is where we are one up on the boys, Moogie. As our voices are pitched higher than the males, the birds (budgies anyway) tend to listen to us more (we sound more like a bird, lol). We might lose out on the dogs, with them wanting to listen to the alpha-male, but we make up for it with the budgies. Not so sure about that Hezz, my partner says that if I get cross with him, my voice is high pitched enough to get dogs come running ;D I will never forget Moogie when you first joined the forum and was stunned by Elfie's colours! You are a lucky lucky person to have him as he is you
