I love it. Nice to see I am not the only one that talks to them like they are small children! ;D
We are not Vets, Avian or otherwise. If you have any serious doubts about your budgies' health an appointment with an Avian vet should always be your first point of call.

I only got the first little bit to work, but it is always lovely to see Elfie. He is a real little character.

Elfie is so beautiful. And isn't it nice to see him minus the cere stains.
Hi skysmum....Yea he is pretty tiny,i called him Elfie because i got him just after christmas plus i just thought the name suited him...I got him from the heathrow bird centre...its taken a while to get to where i am with him today as he was from a shop instead of a breeder but its been well worth it and finally he is starting to really come out of himself...x

This is where we are one up on the boys, Moogie. As our voices are pitched higher than the males, the birds (budgies anyway) tend to listen to us more (we sound more like a bird, lol). We might lose out on the dogs, with them wanting to listen to the alpha-male, but we make up for it with the budgies.
