the one who tryed to get back into the egg had jumped out twice! Got a total of nine, 3 of the eggs were making noises last night and one had a hole in it but nothing had hatched so i dont think they will hatch.

Aw. I'd be so tempted to help them out of the egg. Are you not supposed to do that? - I am guessing not..

Aw. I'd be so tempted to help them out of the egg. Are you not supposed to do that? - I am guessing not.. Ive been told not to as apperantly it can kill the chick, something to do with blood vessels in the egg??. I did try it with the first chick, it make a hole 2 days befor the others hatched and after 24h it was still in and barly moving, so figured it would die either way, got it out but it died. Anyone got any advice on if its possible to do it?

It is going to be a risk as the chick is attached to a membrane to the egg, you can remove the top shell (head) and wings, but let it get out it's self from there, and get free from the membrane,....still risky........but worth a try

thank you so u just remove the shell land leave the membrane alone, thats where i went wrong then wit h the fisrt one, it turns out i was worried over nothing 2 out of the 4 eggs hatched last night! guess they were just taking there time. 1 egg is scratching away in there but no hole yet, the other is still not making any noise.

Taking them to work as they wont be safe with my dog around lol. I had to get a white light as i couldnt get a red screw one anywhere but ill keep an eye out for one.
