If i has a sky blue hen split for rec and a sky blue greywing cock. And one of the chicks was opaline whick one of the parents would be split opaline?

The opaline has come from the cock bird. The opaline gene is sex linked so it can only be carried in a split form by males. If the hen is not opaline all the opaline chicks will be female
