Such sweet pics of the pair of them. Nice to see them comforting each other. Unfortunately, when I see them comforting each other I have to stop what I am doing to watch.... I hardly get any work done!

Pair of sweeties. I'm glad that they have eachother and you! and Bezuknov of course Bezukhov has been a good boy. He often chats to Atilla & sometimes she will let him eat from the same seed pot as her. Of course he & Cagney are also good mates. I am very lucky that the 3 of them get on so well.

Beautiful pictures Sweetpea. It's always difficult time when we have sick budgies. Thanks BB. Two out of three is quite a high percentage of poorly budgies. I sometimes feel like it is a hospital wing here especially as I have the heating on quite high for Atilla.

I would so love a budgie to comfort me like that - sheer bliss I know! I love to watch them. It amazes me how they can preen the other with their eyes shut, all around the delicate eye area...

In the days before Bluey passed away I sometimes found he and Sparky leaning in onto each other. Neither were moving - as though one had stopped mid-preen. The only time they ever did that. I think Sparky was giving Blue a big comforting hug. It is so nice when they have another budgie to take care of them.

That reminds me of my Mont, she always used to lean into my finger and shut her eyes. I used to wiggle my little finger round her eye area very carefully I can tell you!
