Good idea Marianne!! Have just signed it.. I'm sure my two miss them badly!! I did send an email to Trill a few weeks back and they sent a very nice reply back saying my feedback had been noted etc etc... Worth a shot I'd say!

I did put an Epetition on the government Website asking for them to intervene but unsurprisingly they rejected it! The rejected petition is here: epetitions.direct.gov.uk/petitions/33374They said: This e-petition has been rejected with the following reason given:
E-petitions cannot be used to request action on issues that are outside the responsibility of the government. This includes:
party political material
commercial endorsements including the promotion of any product, service or publication
issues that are dealt with by devolved bodies, eg The Scottish Parliament
correspondence on personal issues

That's a shame Marianne Just thought I'd post the reply I got to the email I sent to them: "Dear Laura, Thanks for getting in touch about our Trill Toppers. I'm afraid we've stopped making Trill Toppers. After seeing a gradual decline in sales we undertook some market research which showed this particular product to be the least popular in the range with our consumers. Although there aren't any plans to reintroduce it at the moment, we're always reviewing our range so I'll give your feedback to our marketing team in case that changes. If you'd like any further advice or information, please don't hesitate to let me know. Kind regards."

Nice that they took the time to reply, Laura. Maybe you should all email them asking about them, then they may "review their range" to include them again.

I just filled out the form on this page Andy: www.trill.com.au/feedback.aspAnd Hezz, you're right, it was nice they took the time to reply. In fact, because it was a feedback form I was writing on rather than a direct email to someone, I didn't think anyone would actually reply so I wrote stuff like "Noooooooo! You can't get rid of trill toppers, my budgies will never forgive you" etc etc.. I was a bit mortified to be honest when I got a reply knowing someone had actually read my ramblings haha!!!
