Would it be any good if I rang mars for you, I used to give them a lot of business in the past, with my shops..........just a thought, I don't think it would do any harm?................

I rang Mars at 10.00 this morning, this is the reply..............
Dear Brian,
Thank you for contacting us in relation to Trill Toppers.
After seeing a gradual decline in sales, along with an increasing difficulty to obtain raw materials, I can confirm that we have had to take the decision to stop making this product. As the product has been delisted for some time now we are unable to advise you which retailers will have stocks available. We do not intend to reintroduce the product at the moment and unfortunately have no residual product available. We are sorry for any disappointment or inconvenience this may cause you.
If you'd like any further advice or information, please don't hesitate to let me know.
Kind regards.

It looks like they are blaming the stores for not ordering enough, they have to work on quantity to make it pay, and it is not reaching their target, however I did put my name on a growing list of complaints they have had.............

I got my reply this morning and it's the same reply Brian got, when I was over in Australia a couple of years back I noticed they have a very big range of Trill products, here it's very limited.

That's a shame Marianne Just thought I'd post the reply I got to the email I sent to them: "Dear Laura, Thanks for getting in touch about our Trill Toppers. I'm afraid we've stopped making Trill Toppers. After seeing a gradual decline in sales we undertook some market research which showed this particular product to be the least popular in the range with our consumers. Although there aren't any plans to reintroduce it at the moment, we're always reviewing our range so I'll give your feedback to our marketing team in case that changes. If you'd like any further advice or information, please don't hesitate to let me know. Kind regards." I emailed them a few weeks ago and the exact same reply word for word, they must have made a template lol
