Do NOT use the johnsons mite spray. I hate that stuff, all the pet shops sell it and I am convinced it is dangerous for the birds. You need to order Ivermectin 0.1% the 0.1% part is very important as you don't want to overdose her. I get mine off ebay but there are other places online you can get it. You'll need to treat her as it says in the instructions, mine says one drop inbetween the shoulder blades, once a week for three weeks. You will also need to thoroughly clean out the cage, bowls, toys etc, especially the perches. I'm not able to say for certain she does have mites but it is better safe than sorry, my budgies are treated once every six months as a preventative.

You will need to treat Trixie, too, Rob. Probably better to just get the ivermectin and start treating rather than trying with a photo we may not be able to make out anyway.

good news and some hmm news..... Daisy is coming along really really well, she's upping etc.... and now today she's deciding to start spraying seed everywhere..... i THINK it might be regurgitation, the head pumping etc and Trixie trying to eat it from her....also Daisy's poo's have started to settle
