I know this problem very well! As soon as it's light Skye starts tweeting and sometimes screeching which can be very annoying! How close do you have the cage to the windows? Maybe try moving them back a bit. And do you cover at night? Skye has quite a dark cover so it keeps it relatively quiet until I uncover her.

The only way is to keep them covered. As Sarah said, it's the light which makes them chatter.

Can you not keep them shut in the inside flight until a bit later in the morning China. My neighbor did remark that he hears mine very early but he doesn't mind at all he said he is up early anyway and enjoys hearing them, ive only got 4 now anyway so its not too bad.

Not sure about the curtains China, sounds like a bit of a mission how big is the flight. Is this the Aviary that just has a night box.

Feeding them inside could help of an evening, then shut the door behind them. They'll all pile in hungry then you can close the door and lights out until the morning.
Plans are usually easier than action though!

Remove any food from the outside aviary thus they will go inside.
