is this budgie yellow face?

Is this budgie yellow face? and if so what type? His name is houdini xD as he kept getting out of his old cage.
He's got near enough no bars on his head compared to his siblings.
He's also got yellow on his wings and mixed in his body.
His mother was a lutino not sure if she had yellow face and his father was all blue normal.
