as the titles says, does anyone know if the wandering jew plant is safe for budgies. Im possibly going to be getting one tomorrow and although it wont be near the budgies cage, or be being fed to them i'd like to know it's safe incase i ever let them out their cage. thanks (P,S just a example photo, as i don't actually have the plant yet as i said

iv'e read a few reports of it's sap sometimes being irritating to the skin of humans, but apart from that it "seems" to be safe.

I personally don't have any plants in the room where the budgies live, just in case like Barrie said. It's a beautiful plant, could it go anywhere else in your house?

Don't know about budgies, Ryan but I do know it can be very bad for dogs! Actually just had a look on the aussie forum and they have it in the non-toxic column. If in doubt play it safe. Shrug.
