I feel really worried about that bird I think but don't have a clue if I am wrong it was a show bird reading all the things on here. The sad thing is that the women in the shop told us he was no good and fat and something wrong with him :-( he seemed heathly just look dif and did not fly as quick and generally was slower I organally like Winnie and him but had to decide because she said two males would fight is this true ? Hi Liz and welcome. Regarding two budgies getting on well together, you couldn't do better than have two males! Lady in the shop was either talking through her hat or purposely telling you porkies. I am not sure which but you now have Winnie who will quickly become a beloved member of your family, I am sure.  |

I think the lady did not know y the bird was dif she seemed young and was telling alsorts advising on sand perches which I have no removed she sells local breeders stock and i think the big green bird confused her :-(
