morning scott...that quiet thing takes some getting used to.... after having budgies ...its good but in one way ...but also very sad ...and no cleaning to do....i dont miss that bit at all.... now iv clad my flight im no longer looking at an empty flight so thats also good....its not been long for me without my birds and it still herts ...but not as much...give your quaker lots of attention ...and im sure you will be fine... .

im sure i will get over not being woke up at 7am every morning buy 6 singing budgies lol. the quaker is a little bugger she loves sitting with me all day on my shoulder even if i go out to the back garden . gona take a while but i was sad this morning didnt know what to do

We'll miss your birds too, Scott. I get really attached to others' birds on this forum, even though I'm far away.
I've loved seeing the lovely pics you've posted about your beautiful gang. They always looked so content in that front room in their beautiful cage by the window. I'm sure they'll be happy all together in their new aviary with new friends as well.

Oh how sad. I certainly know those feelings. Two of mine recently died and 2 escaped all within the same day. The thought of having someone else provide them a better home crossed my mind too.
Know we are right there in thoughts with you. It is not easy to have them in your life and then not. Sometimes I count them and wonder where the last 4 are, then it hits me like a ton of bricks.
I'm sure they'll be happy with an even bigger flock now.

my window looked so bare i had to put the tv there ... notice my sky box on the floor ... it dont have enough cable to reach my tv unit lol! ... had a good day today been out biking and stuff. need a new bike though. damn things are exspensive too!

just had a message from the geeza who took all my budgies to his aviary/ breeding room... and my polly and taz are mating in and out nest box too... hes only had them a couple days !!! randy buggers
