Could anyone please give my Budgie a good home? Her name is Wilma and she is a very old bird (15) but still very chirpy, you wouldn't believe her age if you saw her.....I have 2 budgie's but sadly Mortimer has got to be put to sleep today, he has been treated for respiritory problems but he isn't getting any better (he is 16 so he has had a long life) and i don't want Wilma to be on her own (even though they don't share a cage, they are next to each other) ideally i would like wilma to go to a home with other budgie's (she doesn't come out of her cage here because mortimer never does, even when the doors open but thats not to say she wouldn't in the right enviroment). If anyone could offer her a good home please get in touch. I am in Melton Mowbray, Leicestershire. Thanks. Mortimer was put to sleep this morning RIP Beautiful boy x

I'm sure Wilma will be absolutly fine moving to a new home, she really is easy going, as long as she has her food and water and fruit treats on a stick she is fine. She has traveled in the car to my nans house when i go on holiday and she is no trouble at all, i just don't want her to be lonely. Now she has no one to talk too or any tail feathers to nibble on through the bars i don't think its fair on her. Plus, because she hasn't been out of her cage for many years i can't see her coming out and even if i wanted to let her out now i couldn't as i have 2 Jack Russells.
