Firstly, one-legged standing is a good healthy budgie, so nothing to worry about. This is a good thing. For the cyst, to me it does look that way but I am no expert there and will leave that to those who are, along with the accepted treatment. You are worried she is losing feathers in which area? Where she is tucking her leg? Tucking her leg up is natural, and won't cause her to lose feathers, but post up a photo of the area and someone will be able to help. Finally, the general consensus regarding sprays is don't waste your money. Is this a feather mite spray, you are meaning? Are you in the US? I am guessing so, using $'s.

Hi Ash and welcome to the forum! You have a lovely budgie... :-) I don't know a thing about feather cysts myself but if I were you I would be much relieved by Barrie's advice so I hope you will not be worried now. As Hezz said, resting on one leg is a good sign in a budgie so no worries there! :-)
