One of my budgies has become very lethargic, pants and deposits very green poo. Her vent area has become very dirty by the green poo. I have removed her from the other birds and placed her in one of my breeding cages. I have been cleaning the vent area and added Guardian Angel to her water. Can anyone advise me what is wrong with her and if anything else can be done.

Hi need more info. Like diet, age anything & everything. If she's really poorly take a stool sample & bird to a Vet.

As BJ said, not a lot to go on, but a vet trip is the best option.

Rest in Peace, sweet little girl. Fly high and free from pain. Keep her cute face and happy song close to your heart, and she will be with you forever. I am so sorry for your loss.

So sorry to hear about your hen.
Give your cage/aviary a good clean out now, as well, and check everything in there is ship-shape. And keep a close eye on the others. You never know what problem your hen had that may still be able to spread to the others.
